I learned long ago that anxiety and stress are natural states. That’s why I embraced change myself.

I started with little changes such as adding gratitude, positivity, and relaxation to my life. I began listening to what my body was telling me and the power of grounding mind and body to feel fully alive and connected.

I moved forward, and I want to help you do the same.

I’m an out-of-the-box thinker certified as an anxiety and mindfulness therapist. I will create a unique space where we will use traditional techniques such as CBT, psychodynamic work and acceptance therapy and integrate holistic approaches such as Brainspotting, Somatic Awareness, Mindfulness and relaxation therapy. I love to use modern techniques such as positive psychology to help you work toward and not against your mind.

I strive to make the process as simple and client directed as possible. And I provide you with education on how and why the techniques I use work. I deeply care about my clients, and they know it!
